Arrived Damaged – Very Disappointed

I received my shoes today via FedEx, but the package arrived damaged. When I opened the box, one of the shoes was wrinkled and had a noticeable scratch on the front.

This is the first time I receive an item from this brand in such poor condition. The shoes themselves look nice, but receiving them already damaged completely ruined the experience. Very disappointing. I hope the company improves its packaging and quality control.

Lethato is a great retailer to deal with. Customer service was extremely responsive whenever I had a question. The shoes were delivered when I needed them and look better in person than online. The fit was also perfect. I will definitely be a return customer.

At first i was not sure if i would like them, online they look nice.Once i got the pair
they were very decent, and the price made them even nicer.
