I was nervous about ordering shoes online as I prefer to try them on (for fitment/comfort) before purchasing, especially seeing as different types of shoes fit differently. US sizes, in sneakers I'm usually between 12 and 13, dress shoes are usually a 12, and boots I'm a 11.5 wide. I ordered the US 12.5 - 13 and tried them on when they arrived to make sure they fit, and they did. I wanted to wear them a couple times before posting this review. So far, I've worn these two times to work and been on my feet for the better part of 10 to 11 hours each day as I work as a Mercedes-Benz Car Sales Associate and to my surprise, they are comfortable, and my feet are not hurting when I get home.
The whole process from ordering to delivery was easy and fast, as my shoes only took approximately 1 week to arrive from India to Alaska, USA. Thank you Lethato!!!
