Shipping & Returns


We are working with leading global courier companies (FedEx & DHL) and are capable to ship across the world in more than 200 countries. These companies deliver in 2 to 6 business working days in USA, Canada, Europe and all major cities of Middle and Far East.

Courier companies do not deliver to P.O Box (Except UAE) so we request you to provide complete address with street name and postal code.

We mentioned delivery time for every shoes/boot on the product page. Most orders are dispatched with-in 1-2 days and deliver before time.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties vary according to the rules of different countries and are not included in our order process but may be charged by your government, which courier company charge mostly at the time of delivery.



Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority for each & every time you purchase from us. However, if you believe that the goods are not meeting your expectations in terms of fitting & look, you may return within 10 days from the delivery date. But before return, you need to take our confirmation. Otherwise, we will not accept the return. Once we confirm to return, you need to dispatch within 7 days.

If we confirm return of the goods and they are returned to us immediately in their original condition and at your expense (shipping), we will promptly replace your goods.

Before processing a return, please check that-

  • The product is brand new & in unworn condition. Scratched soles will not be accepted.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as it was sent.
  • All accessories if given are also returned with the product.

Note- Any product under Sale (Father’s Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc) will not be accepted for return/refund. They can be exchanged only.



Exchange is allowed once per order, on the exchanged order refund shall not be applicable if the customer wants to return exchanged item. Store credit will be issued in such cases.

The customize orders (change in colors, design, sizes like, EE wide etc.) will not be accepted for return/refund. They can be exchanged only.


Defective/Wrong Product

We double check your order before dispatch but If you received a wrong/defective product, inform us immediately within 7days of receiving and we will bear the return shipping expenses. Otherwise for all returns or exchange, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. After receiving the products, we will process exchange of product on priority. Refund will not be issued in such cases.


Packaged Delivered but not received

If the package is delivered but not received. We suggest you to check with neighbours or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf and check your mailroom also.  If you still can't find your package, please contact us immediately at and we will be happy to assist you with next steps.


Lost & Damaged Products

We take the responsibility of your order till delivery. If your parcel is lost or damaged during the transit, we will take it up with carrier and once verified by them, we will immediately send you the replacement. Lost or damaged orders are not eligible for a refund.
