I don’t know where to begin with my praise for these shoe maker. All I can say is across the board, they might be the best I’ve ever bought from. I originally ordered a pair, which arrived in a timely manner and were excellent and extremely high quality. However I noticed that the mouth of the shoes were to wide for my trousers and that the length of the boot was shorter than I was hoping. I was devastated because I really liked the shoes, so I emailed lethato to see if there was anything that could be done, hoping that I could send them the shoes back for adjustments. Not only was the customer service representative, Sachin, one of the most responsive and respectful I’ve dealt with in the fashion industry, Sachin immediately showed commitment to ensuring that I was satisfied and my needs were met. Instead of simply agreeing to make adjustments to my boots, Sachin asked me for the specific dimensions I would want from my boots, arranged for me to mail back the boots I had received, and placed an order for a new pit of boots to be made just for me, and customized to my specific dimensions. These boots were then mailed back to me upon completion, all for NO EXTRA COSTS! I have never received such excellent customer service, period. Needless to say, the new boots are perfect and exactly everything I could hope for. I’ve spent a lot of money trying to find a pair of brown boots that are exactly what I want and are stylish/great quality as well. If I had known about this maker, I would have saved myself a lot of money. Regardless I feel blessed to have found them, and they can certainly expect to receive a lot more of my business moving forward. My thanks to everyone involved, especially Sachin. I would give 10 stars out of five if I could!
